Terms of Use

Last Updated: 28 September 2026

Welcome to EventPark. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the EventPark website, mobile-friendly web services and related online services provided by EventPark. By using services offered through EventPark or purchasing tickets, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use EventPark services.

1. About EventPark

EventPark is a ticketing platform that allows users to discover various events, obtain information about them and purchase tickets online for eligible events. Depending on the event, EventPark may act as an intermediary for ticket sales on behalf of the organiser or serve as an authorised ticket sales platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the organiser of the relevant event is responsible for its organisation, programme, content, artists, speakers, venue conditions and operational matters relating to its staging.

2. Use of Services

You are not required to create a user account or user profile to purchase tickets through EventPark. When using EventPark services, you agree:

  • To provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information during the purchase;
  • Not to use another person’s identity or payment information without authorisation;
  • Not to carry out any action that could compromise the website’s security or operation;
  • Not to attempt unauthorised ticket purchases through automated systems, bots or similar methods;
  • Not to use tickets for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

EventPark reserves the right to reject the relevant transaction, invalidate tickets or restrict the person’s access to services in cases of misuse, suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions or breaches of these Terms.

3. Event Information

EventPark may provide various information about events, including:

  • ● Event name and description
  • ● Date and time
  • ● Event venue
  • ● Ticket categories
  • ● Ticket prices
  • ● Age restrictions
  • ● Attendance conditions
  • ● Seating arrangements or ticket category

Some of this information may be supplied to EventPark by the relevant organiser. The programme, venue, time, participants or other event details may be updated due to changes made by the organiser. EventPark makes the necessary updates to provide users with current information where possible.

4. Ticket Purchases

Tickets can be purchased through EventPark without creating a user account. A ticket purchase becomes final once payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed by the system. During the purchase, a first name, surname, email address, telephone number or other information required for the relevant event may be requested to generate the ticket and deliver it to the user. After the purchase is completed, an electronic ticket, QR code, reservation number or similar admission document may be sent to the user using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Before completing the purchase, the user must check:

  • The event;
  • Date and time;
  • Ticket category;
  • Number of tickets;

It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information during the purchase so that tickets can be delivered to the correct person and necessary event notifications can be sent. The conditions for changes or refunds where the user selects an incorrect event, date or ticket category are subject to the refund policy of the relevant event.

5. Ticket Prices and Service Fees

Ticket prices are stated on the relevant event page. Service fees, transaction fees, payment institution charges or similar fees may apply in addition to the ticket price during the purchase. Applicable additional fees are shown to the user before payment is completed, where possible. By confirming payment, the user accepts the total amount displayed on the screen.

6. Payment

Payments through EventPark may be made using supported payment methods and authorised payment service providers. The user agrees that they are authorised to use the payment instrument used for the payment. If the bank, card issuer or payment service provider declines payment, the ticket purchase may not be completed. EventPark cannot be held responsible for technical interruptions originating from payment service providers or banks to the extent that these are beyond its reasonable control.

7. Electronic Tickets and QR Codes

An electronic ticket or QR code purchased is valid only for the relevant event and under the stated conditions of use. The electronic ticket and QR code may be sent to the user using the contact information provided during the purchase. It is the user’s responsibility not to share the QR code or other admission information on the ticket with third parties. If a ticket’s QR code is shared without authorisation and has already been used by another person, problems with admission may occur. Unless otherwise stated, a ticket or QR code may be used only once. Copying, altering, duplicating or offering tickets for resale without authorisation is prohibited.

8. Admission to Events

The electronic ticket or QR code may need to be presented at event entry. Depending on the nature of the event, the organiser or venue may request an identity document, age verification or additional verification relating to the ticket holder. Persons who do not comply with the event’s age restrictions, dress code, security procedures or other special entry conditions may be refused admission. Users are therefore advised to review the special conditions stated on the event page before completing their purchase.

9. Ticket Transfers and Resale

Whether tickets may be transferred to another person depends on the rules of the relevant event. Personalised tickets or tickets requiring identity verification may be non-transferable. Without the express permission of EventPark or the organiser, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, offering them at a price different from their actual price or distributing them through unauthorised sales channels may be prohibited. Tickets sold or duplicated without authorisation may be considered invalid.

10. Cancellations, Refunds and Changes

Ticket cancellation, change and refund conditions may vary according to the nature of the event, the organiser’s policy and applicable legislation. It is the user’s responsibility to review the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to the relevant event before completing the purchase. If an event is completely cancelled by the organiser, the applicable refund process is carried out in accordance with the conditions announced for that event. If the event date, time or venue changes, ticket holders may be notified through the email address, telephone number or other appropriate communication channels provided at the time of purchase. Where a refund right exists, the time for the refund to appear on the payment instrument may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider. Whether service or transaction fees are refunded is determined by the purchase and refund conditions of the relevant event. For further information, please review the EventPark Cancellation and Refund Policy.

11. Event Changes

Where necessary, the organiser may change the event's date, time, venue, programme, artists, speakers or other elements. Users' cancellation, change or refund rights in such cases are assessed under the conditions of the relevant event and applicable legislation. EventPark endeavours to update the platform with significant changes notified by the organiser and, where necessary, communicate them to ticket holders using the contact information provided at purchase.

12. Postponed Events

If an event is postponed, whether existing tickets remain valid for the new date or users are offered a refund option is explained according to the conditions set by the organiser and applicable legislation. Where possible, EventPark may notify ticket holders of postponement information received from the organiser using the contact information provided at purchase. Users are also advised to follow announcements about the postponed event published through EventPark or by the organiser.

13. Organisers' Responsibility

The staging of the event is primarily the responsibility of the relevant organiser. Unless expressly stated otherwise, EventPark is not directly responsible for the event's artistic or content quality, changes to the programme, the organiser's activities, services at the venue or operational processes under the organiser's control. However, EventPark may help facilitate communication between the user and organiser to resolve issues arising from ticketing services.

14. Force Majeure

Services or events may be disrupted due to natural disasters, fire, flooding, earthquakes, epidemics, war, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, decisions of public authorities, transport interruptions, infrastructure problems or similar events beyond the parties' reasonable control. Cancellation, postponement or refund processes in such circumstances are assessed according to the nature of the circumstances, the organiser's decision and applicable legislation.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, text, software, interfaces and other content on the EventPark website belong to EventPark or the relevant rights holders. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of EventPark or the relevant rights holder. Event images, logos and promotional materials may belong to the relevant organisers or rights holders.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may not use EventPark services to:

  • Commit fraud;
  • Carry out unauthorised ticket sales;
  • Attempt unauthorised access to another person’s ticket, QR code, order or payment information;
  • Copy, alter or duplicate electronic tickets or QR codes without permission;

17. Personal Data and Privacy

Personal data obtained during the use of EventPark services and ticket purchases is processed in accordance with EventPark’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation. You are not required to create a user account or user profile to purchase tickets through EventPark. Certain personal information may be processed to carry out the ticket purchase, process payment, generate and deliver the electronic ticket, validate event admission or provide necessary event notifications. Some of this information may need to be shared with the relevant organiser, payment service provider or other authorised parties necessary for providing the service. For detailed information on how personal data is collected, used, retained and protected, please review the EventPark Privacy Policy.

18. Third-Party Services

EventPark may include links to or integrations with third-party services, such as payment providers, map services, social media platforms or organisers' websites. These third-party services are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies. EventPark is not responsible for the content or activities of third-party services outside its control.

19. Service Availability

EventPark endeavours to take reasonable technical measures to ensure its services operate continuously and without errors. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, internet infrastructure, payment providers or reasons beyond EventPark's reasonable control.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable legislation, EventPark's liability is limited to ticketing services provided directly by EventPark. No provision of these Terms may be interpreted as removing consumer rights that cannot be restricted or excluded under applicable legislation.

21. Changes to the Terms

EventPark may update these Terms of Use from time to time in response to legal requirements, service changes or operational needs. The updated Terms take effect from the date they are published on the EventPark website. Where significant changes occur, notification may be provided through appropriate methods where necessary.
